Tropical Chia Pudding

Tropical Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Maïzly Original (for that creamy, dreamy base!)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (adjust for sweetness, if you’re feelin' fancy)

  • Fresh kiwi slices

  • Fresh pineapple chunks

  • A handful of pecans, almonds, and walnuts, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Get that pudding base started: In a jar or bowl, mix Maïzly Original with the chia seeds and maple syrup. Stir it up like it’s a mini beach party, and let it sit for a few minutes, then stir again. This helps the chia seeds soak up all that Maïzly goodness evenly.

  2. Let the magic happen: Cover and pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or even overnight if you can wait that long. The chia seeds will thicken into a pudding, making this super creamy and delicious.

  3. Assemble the tropical vibes: Grab a tall glass, and start layering! Spoon in the chia pudding, add a layer of kiwi and pineapple, and sprinkle with your mix of nuts for that perfect crunch.

  4. Garnish and dive in: Top it off with a few extra pieces of fruit and nuts for that Instagram-ready look (we know you want to).
